What is the minimum?
Business orders start at 5 units.
Could you please send this to all our employees?
Yes. We prefer to deliver to a single address, but delivery to individual employees is also possible, including a note. The shipping costs per address will then be stated in the quote.
What does the ONE cost for smaller quantities?
From €49 excl. VAT applies to 200 units or more. A different price applies to smaller quantities, which can be found in your quote.
How fast do you deliver?
Items in stock ship quickly. Personalization takes longer. The quote will state when you will receive it.
How much does personalization cost?
That depends on the option and the quantity. You can see the additional cost in the quote.
How do we pay?
By invoice. For larger orders, this can be split into two parts: half in advance and half after delivery.
What warranty do we get?
2 years, including for business use. Recipients can contact our Dutch customer service team with any questions.
Can we see a sample copy first?
Yes, upon request.
